Todd Modgling received his Bachelor's degree from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana and a Master of Music from Tarleton State University Stephenville, Texas. Originally from Texas, Todd has performed, taught or been a clinician in Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee and Florida. He is a former marching member of The "SON" Spirit of Northwestern State University Marching Band, The Phantom Regiment and The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. As an instructor he has been a visual and brass clinician with Revolution Drum and Bugle Corps. (2001), Seguin High School (2001 - 2003), Texas State University (2001), Teal Sound Drum and Bugle Corps. (2005). He has been the Director of Bands from (2007 to Present) at various schools in Texas. Blue Ridge ISD, West ISD, Lake Air Montessori Magnet - Waco ISD, and currently at Cesar Chavez Middle School part of Waco ISD.
